Our procedure

1. Acknowledgement: You receive confirmation of your complaint within 2 working days.
2. Investigation: We start an internal investigation into the situation. If necessary, we contact you for more information.
3. Resolution: We aim to resolve your complaint within 2 months with an appropriate solution. If it takes longer, we will inform you in good time.
